Kettlebells are a brilliant tool for fitness, and weight loss. At Ipswich Kettlebells we offer training that will promote balance, mobility and improve general fitness. Kettlebell Sport

Kettlebell Sport is growing in popularity in the UK. Biathlon and Long Cycle (Jerk) are exacting, demanding disciplines. Pentathlon, while also a tough competition, offers a chance for even the inexperienced lifter to participate. StrongSport is growing in popularity in the UK. We hosted the first ever national StrongSport meet last year.

Ipswich Kettlebells promotes the Pentathlon, and historically has held 4 national meets a year. We also encourage our team members to compete in meets hosted by other organisations, and to work towards achieving a WKC rank.
