4 kg can make all the difference….

Sometimes, coming down in the weights is the best solution. So, I was going for reps this morning (swings) but wanted to go fairly heavy, chose the 32kg but it was a wretched set, everything seemed off kilter. So I set the bell down, examined my motives: the gym is empty, my first client of the day is a half hour away, the weight I choose is only going to affect ME, my ego needs to get out of the equation. I picked up the 28kg, and got on with my life.
